1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made on WallChart.co and receipt of your order constitutes your acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment for online orders shall be made in full via credit/debit card or through PayPal note: A PayPal account is not required to pay via Credit/Debit Card, however the PayPal website is used as a payment gateway to take your credit/debit card payment.
2.2 Once your order is accepted an invoice will be raised, unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing. A hard copy of the invoice will be available upon request.
3.1 We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the advertisement no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
3.2 We supply A2 and 30x40cm original wall art prints on 250gsm silk coated paper as our standard sizing. Customised sizes are available separately and upon request. Coasters are based on. xyzzy, and tea towels are based on xyzzy.
3.3 Frames, where ordered, are included within the charges and are fibreboard with a plastic front.
4.1 All orders are printed once a week typically on a Friday (excluding public holidays whereby orders will be printed the next available working day) with a cut off time of 1pm (GMT) and after receipt of full payment. Orders are shipped with order tracking on the same day as being printed (if ordered before 1pm), or as soon after that day as possible.
4.2 Every effort will be made to deliver promptly, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery.
4.3 WallChart.Co accepts no responsibility for deliveries being missed due to non-payment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that full payment is made before delivery can take place.
4.4 Please check your order upon delivery, if your order arrives damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order for damage before receiving your goods as any refund or replacement products require an insurance claim.
4.5 International transit times are approximate and may be subject to customs clearance. Local country restrictions apply. Infographica will not be held responsible for any delay of delivery of the goods with international deliveries.
4.6 WallChart.co cannot be held responsible for any customs and excise charges that may occur from the import or export of your goods.
5.1 Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.
5.2 We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you, including but not limited to expenses incurred by you, interest payments & loss of earnings or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
5.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of a consumer.
6.1 We Reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting and shall not be liable to refund.
6.2 Infopgraphica will credit your account if we deem a refund should be made.
6.3 If we offer to replace you must accept such an offer unless you can show clear cause for refusing to do so.
6.4 If you do opt to have work re-done by a third party without reference to us you automatically revoke your right to any remedy from us.
6.5 All defective work must be returned to us before replacement, if the subject work is not available we will assume that it has been accepted and no replacement will be provided.
6.6 Refunds will take 3 to 4 working days to complete once infographica has agreed to refund. This cannot be completed any faster.
6.7 Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made. If the order has not yet been paid for then an invoice will be raised for the amount concerned and sent to the responsible party.
7. Artwork And Printing
7.1 All artwork is printed digitally unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Bespoke design charges must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.
7.3 We only quote for one design per kind, any additional are chargeable.
7.4 Please note that all images, text and logos are the intellectual property of WallChart.Co (infographica ltd) and are not to be used without our written permission.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
The contract between ourselves the Company and the Customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods. The complaint will be assessed and if infographica deems it necessary, a reprint may be offered. Any complaints made after 48 hours are automatically void of any offer to reprint and will not be assessed.
From time to time WallChart.Co will run campaigns offering varying discount codes. These are offered at our discretion and subject to change.
